Texas Tiny Homes | Plan 750 is ideal for lake lots, mountain or country, get-a-way settings, or every day living!! We are available to custom build this tiny home on your land, and will be happy to give you a price based on your location, selections and finish out! It is a lot of house for it's size.
The home has 750 air-conditioned, square feet, not including the optional sleeping loft, and is 1290 square UR (under roof) not including the optional loft. The loft increases the total under roof square footage to 1413.
Plan 750 has 540 square feet of outdoor, covered living space, which is more than most homes have that are 4 or 5 times as large, which is a big reason why our base price is what it is. It cost us almost as much per square foot to build outdoor living, covered porches as it does interior bedroom footage. This amount of outdoor footage in this size home is very rare, but it's why our customers really like this plan. However, what we usually like comes with a price, as is the case with this very luxurious custom home. We can delete all the outdoor footage and design and build you a plain Jane, square, boring box for a LOT less money that what this home cost, but plain Jane is not what Texas Tiny Homes is about.

Tiny Front Porch Option
If you are on a tight budget you can radically reduce the size of the front porch on this version of the plan, which will save you thousands of dollars. Covered porches add a LOT of cost to a home, almost as much as interior footage runs. Many of the subcontractors and suppliers that work on new homes charge us based on the under roof footage. A reduced front porch option, as shown in the above image. The details sheets for the smaller front porch are now included in this purchase.
Utility Room Option -Plan Modification
When you now purchase either Plan 750 or 750S, you will receive a free copy of the construction plans for a utility room with pantry, washer and dryer closet, and storage closet. This free modification option adds an additional sq feet to the conditioned footage, but reduces covered porch footage as seen in the image below. The under roof footage remains the same. but we believe it dramatically improves this small homes function. The rear covered porch can be screened or left open, it's your call. This modification provides a storage closet in utility room that can house a hot water tank or a tankless water heater mounted on one of the walls, as well a place to park your vacuum cleaner, mops and brooms and other home cleaning products.
Plan 750S - Stone on Front 
Plan 750S is the exact same floor plan as Plan 750, but it features native stone work on the front of the home, which requires a masonry ledge, which is reflected in this set of plans. You can choose to do an imitation stone on the front and it that is the case then Plan 750 works for that as well as stucco front or siding front.
