Arctic Man Camp | Modular Plant Built Products

Picture Of Unit 2These man camp units are fully self contained and do not require a sewer connection, or a water connection, or an electrical connection, which make them ideal for oil field boom towns in North America, Canada, and Alaska where the little town’s infrastructure is insufficient to handle all the influx of oil field workers.Picture Of Unit 1These man camp units are built like a tank, and have separate holding tanks for water and for sewer, which do require service companies to come by and replenish the water and pump the sewer tank as needed, based on usage. Gauges for the tanks provide information on where they stand and when they need to be serviced.Picture Of Unit 3You can set these units right down on the ground. The skids are made out of sturdy steal beams, designed for where they are being shipped to and then placed right on the ground. No footings are necessary or required, but a level pad site is required so the units will sit level.

A manufacturing plant, with specified equipment, overhead track crane, and a small crew of trained workers, is required to build these types of units.

The vision for having a Texas Tiny Homes manufacturing plant is to build the man camp product, as well similar units that are not self contained and geared for milder climates like these units below are, which are built using shipping containers:
