Texas Tiny Homes Plan 579B is identical to Plan 579 except for the kitchen, which features a large window over the sink, and upper cabinets.
Either plan make a great backyard cabana, pool, party house, or guest house. The small luxury house plan is a modified version of our Plan 505, which has sold well to customers all over the world. The Texas Hill Country style of architecture can be modified to match your main house, (see our modification information), which is the case for the family we custom designed Plan 579 for. This old world rustic luxury home is one story, so there are no ladders, and/or stairs to climb to a loft, or an upstairs bedroom.
This cabana, pool, guest house features a cathedral vaulted ceiling, which makes it feel much larger and more luxurious.
