Texas Tiny Homes Plan 1297 is new and is expanded version of our Plan 1180. The exterior of this new home looks very similar to the original, but the interior has some changes that made it 117 feet larger, and features a private master bathroom, where as Plan 1180's master bath is also the downstairs quest bathroom. Plan 1297 has powder bath downstairs for your guests, as well as a slightly larger master bedroom. The dining nook is now slightly larger and features built-in shelving for your kitchen sundries, canned and boxed items, and your homemade preserves, as well as room for small appliances and decorative items. That new feature not only adds additional storage space, it will add a nice charming look to the nook.
