Finding desirable, affordable lots that will allow small homes in or near a retirement town was a 3-year search process and effort on our part and we are doing our best to hold down the cost of lots for our future build-to-suit clients before doing a grand opening and location announcement. Supply and demand always affects the cost to purchase land and lots and there is a small supply of low cost, desirable lots in North Texas. We have one other lot in another part of this development. These creek lots are more expensive and have a larger size home requirement -per the deed restrictions- than the 3 lots above.
All of our lots in this Granbury community provide a secluded, tranquil type setting for our future homeowners, as will be the case with the other lots we are currently looking at purchasing. The community has a private boat ramp, fishing dock, community clubhouse and swimming pool.
